Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of personal care or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to the address we provide.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the amount of the returned item.

After we receive the returned item, we will mail the gift voucher to you.

Return Shipping

For returns, please mail the product to the address we provide.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
